    If you have a query about getting your smart meter fitted or about your energy account, then you should contact your energy supplier directly.

    If you’d like to access the personal data we hold about you, or have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please complete the form below. Subject Access Requests allow you to see what personal information Alt HAN Co holds about you and how it is being used, while complaints give us the opportunity to investigate and put things right where something hasn’t met the standards we expect.
